What to Bring (to Finalise Your Sale)

To ensure a seamless and efficient handover, please have the following ready when you meet with us:

  • Vehicle registration certificate – proof of ownership

  • Photo ID – Australian driver’s licence or passport

  • Secondary ID – Medicare card,

  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

  • Bank details – BSB, account number, and account name

    Please bring your BSB, account number, and account name (a bank statement is also helpful) — we’ll use this information to securely deposit your payment.

  • Finance payout letter (if your car still has finance owing)

    If your car is still under finance, please provide a letter from your lender that details the current settlement amount and the expiry date.

  • Authority to act – if selling on behalf of someone else or a business

    If you’re acting on behalf of a business or another person, additional documentation may be required—please contact us prior to your appointment so we can guide you.



Car Stuff that we need (When saying goodbye to your car)

  • Service books & logbooks – shows maintenance history

  • Invoices/receipts – for repairs or upgrades

  • Owner’s manual – useful for the next owner

  • Spare keys & remotes – more sets = more value

  • CD stackers / media systems – if separate

  • Tools & accessories – jack, wheel brace, tyre kit

  • Extras – roof racks, tow bar fittings, cargo covers, boot mats

  • Removable headrests or seats – common with 4WDs & SUVs
